CLS Wheels on a CLK500
Just got my '04 CLK500 and want to get some new shoes

Would 18" or19" wheels/tires from a CLS fit? The tires are 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 or 245/35/19 & 275/30/19

i understand that the wheels will fit. But how about the tires? Looked though the threads but was not able to find confirmation.

04 CLK 320 > CLK32K
245 is a no go for the front. Check out the wheels and tires sticky.

okay, just read though the sticky. didn't find where it said 245 won't fit: i did notice that most use 225 or 235's.

just trying to avoid buying new tires if I don't have to.

gorgeous car BTW... love the silver and black look and the quads!
