i noticed on the Eline front rotors for the clk500 were not available.. but the rears are. first question is are they sold out or they stopped producing them.. second question is, are the eline's worth it if they are offered again? Third would it be so bad to get premium fronts and eline rears?

anyone with experience? thanks in advance

if you live in an area with salty roads, your elines might be susceptible to rust.

My next project is new rotors and pads. For the money the premiums are the way I'm going. They will be better suited for the winter months where salt on the roads can cause havoc on parts like this.

im making an assumption but most of the guys here use the premiums for front.

although on my friends lexus, he uses the eline and said they were just fine. im in the sf bay area.

and the difference between the two are supposedly better grade metal.

true story. after long consideration, when i do pull the trigger to buy the rotors, ima get the premos for the front only on the account of the front brakes actually carry a lot of the breaking power compared to the rears. or at least it seams that way.
