Diameter of Exhaust Piping - Differents betwen CLK 500 and CLK 55 AMG??

Hello,

does anybody know the diameter from the exhaust piping for following models:

CLK 500 --> 225kw 306PS Engine M 113.968
CLK 55 AMG --> 270kw 367PS Engine M 113.987

I think the Clk 500 had 70mm piping ( 2.76inch)

and the 55 AMG ?! 80mm (3.15inch) or the same like the CLK 500?!

Regards
Bastian

Just take it to an exhaust shop and let them figure it out.

Don't know, but I used an X-pipe and mufflers with 2.5" openings and didn't have any problems.

right, because you have an 320 --> 2.5" piping ( 63,5mm) stock

i don`t need to go to an exhaust shop ;-)

only need time to do this mod by myself.

install my new exhaust + custom piping from the secondary cats with electrical remote cut out ;-)
