+2004 500/550/55's all have the 12mm end links, I did the research before I ordered mine.

Thanks for the info. Does the front sway bar bolt in easily? No removing other components to R&R?

I ask because on my R32 I had to drop the front subframe to install the front bar, but of course one of the triple square bolts stripped and it turned it into a whole weekend project....

Easy install, suspension tuner charged me 1.5 hours for the front and rear bars. My Z34 was the same, PITA, had to drop the engine cradle to change the front bar out.

Speaking of hwy 17, its so damn bumpy and has so many dips, it'll actually be worse to run a stiff suspension LOL.

I take Mulholland Dr. to Topanga Cyn every day to and from work. Sway bars are high on my list of to-do's.

Does anyone know the actual differences (especially the diameter) between the Black Series factory bars and the H&R's?.

I haven't got my hands on a Black Series sway to measure it out but we know they are made by Eibach. When I was ordering my suspension components it was recommended that I go with HR for 2 reasons;

1. They are a larger diameter than the Black Series sways
2. They are adjustable

This came from the crew chief that fabricated/worked on AMG race cars in the UK (he splits his time between the UK and UAE, crew chief for the companys race teams). I can't confirm for fact that this is accurate but the source is pretty damn reliable

I was blown away by the difference in my car, I've done lot's of suspension work on lot's of different cars but have never had anything change so drastically for the better as this car has.
