Where 2 Buy Wheels
Hey All,
I'm starting to get sick of the Mandrus's and wanted to switch up to something different. I'm looking for a set of 18's that'll hold up. I really like the Forgestar F14's but i kept hearing they are so light and fragile and don't wanna have to deal with a bend wheel and etc. I'm looking for something along the lines of the CLK63 reps or C63 reps.
I had a couple Q's and some feedback i was wondering someone can help me with.
I found these: they look clean and look what what Lowpost has on his W209, but i'm not sure of the quality. Anyone know who these hold up? And regarding the weight...it says 23lbs? is this correct?
http://www.powerwheelspro.com/shop/p...roducts_id=419
And Sonic has the same wheels almost, who would have a better quality you guys think? http://www.sonictuning.com/wheels/me...gered-709.html
Lastly i fond these: http://www.powerwheelspro.com/shop/p...roducts_id=305 There is the version without the inside (like dynomite's old wheels). Seeing these wheels, anyone know of a different site that sells replica OEM style's with good quality?
Once again, sonice has the same wheels almost http://www.sonictuning.com/wheels/me...staggered.html
Thanks for the help in advance guys

I've gotten 2 sets from OEMwheels+ for 2 an E and CLK and have had no complaints. $609 shipped. Call them directly and place an order and they might be able to give you a better price depending on your location.

I had them on my E and I liked them so much I got the same ones for my CLK. I contemplated getting the ones you first showed but went with the same ones in the end.
Pics below.

The ones you listed are the SL63 style wheels. I have the S63 & CL63 style wheels with a machined face and gun metal accents.

How's the ride quality and tire life after the drop?
I recently came from the 350z community and dropping it was one of my biggest regrets. Felt like I was driving a go kart and felt every pebble in the road.

But as for ride quality, I'd say it's really good. I would hear the springs a little bit when I go over speed bumps but I don't hear any rocks at all when driving. And I know that sound too from driving my dad's Maserati Gran Turismo and it does it like crazy.

Thanks. Yup, only 18s. The thin lip around the rim makes it appear bigger. And my car is lowered too if that makes a difference.
Looks the same. Only $15 less. I've never dealt with them though. Nothing against them but I'm vouching for OEMwheels+ though since I've used them twice with no problems.

I saw these: Avant Garde M328's. For some reason they look black on this C63, i want them but i think they company doesn't make them anymore
