Should have explained more the 550 cluster I had had a black face. I found a OEM clk55 cluster on ebay with the white face. Neal a user on here explained how to switch them out all you have to do is switch the 3 circuit boards over from the black cluster on my 550 to the the clk55 cluster and install it into the 550 what that did was took all my stored info over and the odometer reading so the mileage was correct it was about a 30 min Job.

Betrezra,
Here are some pic"s of the black cluster apart, Yes you can get to the bezel very easy, all you would have to do is pinch the small clips as you can see in the front side view pic.

Did not get to drive it much really but from what I can tell something is there will do a nice drive this weekend, AMS closed and went into another direction, GPT bought the AMS products you can find them here http://www.germanpowertuning.com/. I got mine here on MBworld Classifieds. I will post something up later this weekend. I have dynoed my car 2 times before the pulley and before my Kleeenman tune so I will be doing it again soon.

Got the parts from Parts.com They are for a CLK63 2007 and used this thread https://mbworld.org/forums/clk-class...retro-fit.html to learn how to get them in no need to take the steering wheel off though. It is pretty much plug and play.

Louie, be absolutely sure you have the pulley re-torqued after about 3,000km and make sure they are torquing to AMS specs.
Enjoy
