CLK 2004 or CLK Red 2001 for around 10,000:which one would you MERCEDES lovers BUY?

CLK 2004 or CLK Red 2001 for around 10,000:which one would you MERCEDES lovers BUY?
Hola....
Mi name is Bella.Car Enthusiast,always furtively wanted a Mercedes Benz,and BMW and i remain LOYAL,to BMW M Series for years...i actually still own a beautiful White Beamer with Red Leather,so hot.
But now,this summer today actually or next day i am ready to go buy mi BENZ,and i want some help from this GREAT forum,from fellow Benz-Enthusiast...
Now:
I can spend,25k to 30 in cash EASY,But i want to save some for a rainy day always,and another house feasibly,in a year,so i luckily found TWO i am attempting to choose from,so question:
Would you say buying a beautiful 2dr.Red/Blk. Mercedes Benz CLK 320 year is either,going to be between 2001 or 2004,with 80,000 miles,for around 10grand is a great price for a benz,that (pass carfax inspection with flying colors,only had 1 owner SINCE the year it was made!) actually i am referring to the carfax report for the beautiful Red CLK 320 2001.
The RED/blk CLK look more newer,"so many MEN were looking at more the beautiful red CLK 2001"
It really looks more newer, than so many Benz's i see on the road now and i am leaning toward this one, for also the great asking price!
The CLK 320 Dark Blue Color, the year 2004 has three prior owners,and also has almost 80,000 miles
with a few"blemishes"on the report,involving the transmission.As a BMW/BENZ Enthusiast,this concern me
So:
Would you get the 2001 or 2004,just want your consensus on this thank you!
Both cost almost the same around,the 2001 however is a tad-bit cheaper.

I far prefer the newer 209 over the older 208, so it were my decision, it would be the '04.

UGH! i am trying to like REALLY DECIDE,but the 2001 is SO gorgeous,Red with tints,and the body of the 2001-2004 and 2005 i ALWAYS was a fan of,even when i drive my beautiful m series bmw.(2010)bought it brand new.
This 2001 has ABSOLUTELY ZERO past probz, HOWEVER again the 04 i am VERY concern,due to again the
transmission past "repeat issues"encompassing multiple drivers,so that is a BIG concern for me.

hola.
i am LEANING Toward the "Red"so funny cause FIVE other men, was looking at the actual "RED"2001! more than the beautiful 2004 lil newer,but not too much of a diff,we were comparing BUT the carfax? A HUGE concern so they all shun away from the 04 CLK but it was great, but that pesky lil TRANSMISSION issue that had Multiple drivers prior.
the carfax, "2X"i ran em,and another today all identically show the 01 is better
well kept,and "all of the records"i am hearing i will be given to ONE OWNER, older man took SO GOOD care of it in his mid fifties,but bought it way younger at just 42.
so it has only ONE verified-owner,pre-owned,that is what i want,and yea i am
going to start to post PIX this week of it,sure am!
and at mi website,and facebook.i love cars,beamer mi fave,and BENZ
come no better,and love new-used,for now is good enough for me!

and BTW: your white benz wow. great car! gorgeous.i know your loving how it drives,as ALL BENZ owner(s)i meet say,i can't wait to all summer drive my sexy red benz soon..Most likely going with the RED and BLK interior.
