I need new blades and never priced them, but knew they were pricey just from side comments here. So I just looked at some OEM online discount prices. They say MSRP is $120 a pair and want $90. Really? Is there an aftermarket substitute that looks OEM and lasts as long?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
Autohausaz has the Bosch for under $40/pair:

Wiper Blades at Autohausaz

OEM< blades are over $100/pair MSRP and probably over $80 delivered from parts.com:

Not sure but got my dealer parts department guy to give me 58 dollars installed for new blades on my CLK350 and my parents' C300. I'm not sure if MB dealers can sell aftermarket stuff? But I liked it that they will install it for us... *Thanks Y again for info on wheels and stuff, have another question will post on that thread.

I purchased a pair of Bosch at a local O'Reilly's for around $60. I don't remember the part number though.
