Headlamp Range Adjust too low
I had an intermittent issue a while ago where the right side HID would dip during the startup sequence and not come back up (so it would just be pointing at the ground). The left side was fine. That seemed to go away a while ago.
Today, however, I got a situation where both beams were pointing low and stayed there. Not entirely on the bottom though (they would come up just a touch from the lowest position) but still way too low to be driveable at night.
I used to think it was a motor issue, but now more inclined to think its a control issue. Otherwise no reason for both motors to move in an identical manner.
The front axle sensor. I can't see anything wrong with it but I am not an expert.

No idea where the rear axle sensor is.

Sometimes this is brain fade by the self leveling processor. To reset the parameters you undo the sensor arms back & front. NOT the position adjusters. Then power the car up & cycle the sensors through their full range a few times to relearn the stops & then reconnect them. This usually fixes the BiX pointing at the road problem.
If this does not work you could have a faulty sensor & need to do a setup with Sar & lightbox after replacement of the faulty sensor.

Took it to the dealer but they said they're busy for the next two weeks. Ugh.
Both lamps are messed up now. The left one is low and the right one is even lower (so a sort of combination of the two problems).
Probably going to sell it.

I would not sell it because of a minor thing like auto headlamp adjusters.

Hm just had a thought. Is the arm on it "flexed" the wrong way? I wonder if when installing the camber bolts it got extended down and then went back up wrong.

When I had caster bushes replaced at 30K Km's on my old C240 I ended up with Bix looking at the road in front of the bumper.
They had loosened the adjuster clamp on the front sway bar & not re-tightened it. That's when I took the trouble to find out how the whole system operated & how to set it up.

do you have a pic of your light pattern? I am trying to figure out if mine is out of adjustment, the cutoff seems a little low to me but this is my first car with bi-xenons so it might be normal.

5.9 - if you look at the headlamp, the inner piece with the projector should be concentric with the outside ring on the housing. ie: the space between the two circles should be uniform all around.
Anyways, took it to the dealer and they fixed it. No charge. Turns out it was the sensor arm position which was flexed the wrong way.
They also performed a recall for a wiring harness on the camshaft position sensor.
And on the way home had a really bizzare thing come up...almost like Toyota S U A.
