W209 Wing Interest

So it has been brought to our attention that because of the recent release of the SL65 look kit for the W209, some of you are interested in a wing for it as well. The wing that was brought up was this link:

With that being said, if this were to go into production, is this something W209 owners would be interested in? If so, would you prefer to see it in Duraflex or Carbon Creations? Let us know how best to serve you!

Yes Please! Carbon would be great but even ok with duraflex. It might be best to title it as a spoiler rather than wing though.

I am pretty sure a lot of people would be interested. Carbon would be nice but make sure price is reasonable. 2000$ for a spoiler is fantasy country. The black series spoiler is about 900$ shipped from Germany...for comparison.

Was very much in the market before, great mod! I don't want to sign up because I have many other financial obligations at this point, but damn it will be tempting to buy if you guys work this out!

Would buy one

I attempted to purchase a Vorsteiner one and at the last minute another person offered a higher bid. I would gladly buy one at under $1000 in carbon fiber

If you can make a diffuser more aggressive than than the vis one in carbon fiber I'm down to buy that too..

Also carbon fiber side skirt runners for under the side skirts (like the ones that come on Superleggeras) would sell too

I'm down for the skirts as well.

Diffuser. BS style direct fit on the normal AMG bumper. Is this too aggressive?

I think it's too much, I prefer the VIS diffuser. But because of the back order, I'm scared of someone crashing into my rear end and me having to wait months before finding a replacement so this CF diffuser could do.

I'm surprised that more companies aren't willing to invest in making these parts.

Just a quick point, we don't offer any of our Duraflex parts pre-painted.

i would be interested, that is around the summer time of course, need to find another job after i graduate =]

unpainted or CF. depending on the price point, again cant pay 1000 like others. if you guys can mold a BS or Vorsteiner that would be awesome

btw im still waiting to see installed pics of the sl65 bumper very interested in that item. (still wish the diffuser was CF)

That really depends on my product development department. The more interest the community shows, the harder I can push to get it made.

if you need a test car in NY let me know. But i think there is enough interest in the item and I guarantee it will sell if you made it, the people who are always on the forum only make up a small portion of the people out there that will buy your product . It may be hard to gauge interest simply on the responses in this thread.

Yeah this forum seems to get very little traffic and I don't think it's an accurate way to gauge interest. A lot of people seem to lurk and not get involved...but these products are sorely missing for the 209 so I also think there would be demand.

^completely agree with Kbahl, this forum makes up a small population of owners.

most of us want a BS style spoiler but the price point is steep. i personally cant afford $800+ A spoiler considering i paid about $200 for a CF front lip which is much larger than a spoiler.

and i second if you need a test car in NY im in. me and Khabl can do a duo photo shoot =]

also, please keep us posted about the diffusers. i would like to keep my current bumper but i am highly considering your sl65 bumper.

Thanks for your contribution to our community.

Yes! For sure as long as the price point is reasonable like other have mention. Honestly it probably would be a good Idea to make both a dura flex and carbon fiber option! Id personally prefer a duraflex so i could color match it wothout paying for carbon finer juat to paint over it.
