Smile PSS-9 is running on my CLK

I've used KW stage-1 since break-in period.
It lowers the car as demand height + stiffer setup
What's negative part ? the ability to hold the up forces upset me most , the nose is floating in very high speed.

Before install the PSS-9, I check the stroke of absorb upfront, they're twice in diameter the ability to hold up forces
there're up to 9 scale stiffness user adjustable, with family touring you can set 8~9 ; 3~4 when racing.

I left the height F : 1.5 fingers R : 2 fingers in needs of a comfort daily commuter & easy entry in basement.

Sorry, no pic these days.......

On way home, a 996 GT3 drop in , 2nd time I met GT3
This time, I have PSS-9 .... that could be fun !

I punch a little to check if this one is a GT3 wanna_be , well,
He's pretty fast to keep up with, no moon roof, a feature that differs 996 C2/C4 (believe me,most 996 buyers here won't miss that)

I plan to play shadow of GT3 & find out how PSS-9 support my move............ no horse power kill this time
He switches lanes, brake & switch again, I know it's rude
but hey how hard can you meet a real GT3 instead of those turbo ricer boys, wannabes around.......

So give myself a break, follow by his quick weaving, PSS-9 hold
perfect balance, not a roll hesitates my move.
Stick onto his tail,I've superior TQ , the chasing is all depend on chassis work (brake as well) roll once & you're losing *****.
I shadow GT3 along the highway.

We are toward for the same exit, stop at the red light then
I thumbs up to him, GT3 is very surprise & embarrassed
"I never know an Mercedes can follow ......your car looks so solid & stable in weaving....." GT3 thumb up to me

I give all the credit to PSS-9 !

Hi Shine,

I will get the Pss9 from taiwan... and my local friend will bring it over here...

just one question with the spring...

the stock PSS9 system uses eibach spring right?

have you compare it with H&R spring with the same shock?

thats a good question as to which springs are supplied with PSS9 kits, some people who have opinons on everything say H&R, but the people who own the kits say the only difference between EIBACH springs and the springs supplied in the kits are the color, BILSTEIN is not saying, HARRIS AT HARTON MOTOR WERKS would know, they say the CARLSSON PSS9 kit comes with EIBACH springs with EIBACH lettering, he has had both the BILSTEIN PSS9 kit and the CARLSSON PSS9 kit on his C32

Any one know if the ETS Kit type SSWB(spring seat with bearing) EB9 from bilstein is same as Pss9, I think at present they only have for W211, as this is new product only in Japan.

Hi CLKGUY

Here is the list

http://www.ennepetal.co.jp/01ss/poline/imp00.html

http://www.ennepetal.co.jp/01ss/poli...kit/page1.html

I wonder why only this kit is available in JAPAN not in oversea.

looks like you can adjust the 9 settings from top of the shock.

maybe someone from the forum know more about EB9 and can tell us.

yes, the first page had car brands that were mostly FWD, i now see the new german listing, but cant make heads or tails of script, i will say this, if you look at the adjusters on the shocks pictured in your first post you will see that they are EXACTLY the same as used on bilsteins, i dont know if this is some kind of subsidiary of bilstein or what, but those are the same stuff, the japenese are masters at duplicating anything, maybe the whole shock or at least the adjusters

Hi CLKGUY

YES I agree with you, and this is what Japanses car is trying to achieve in the past years.

Did you find out from Harris about the STOCK spring on PSS9?

is it Eibach or H&R?

anyone?
