Yup, it's true but the dealership fleet manager I was talking to was telling me that he thinks it wouldnt last because for sure a lot of customers will complain and they would want to match what other car manufacturers are offering.

wow,, i cant believe that,,, why would they attempt such a thing,, that blows loads,,MB is seriuosly starting to **** me off, how much more cutbacks are they goung to make,, geeez,, some SOBs are very greedy,,

Yeah, I heard the same thing from a MB dealer 2 weekends ago. That's tought to swallow. Ever since I've been buying Benz's, I always have bought new keeping them until factory warranty expiration. The net result is that I haven't paid a cent out-of-pocket. That was nice! Now, that's going away! A shame!

Thats really sad!! we have a 2004 clk55, my wife loves it so much and needs a new car so we ordered a pewter 2005 clk55. funny how the salesman didn't mention we would have to pay for maintance! anyway how are you enjoying the 2005? what are some of the changes vrs. the 2004?
