My CLK43K is now up in the Evosport photo gallery
you kno what i like most about your car?
the girl from neowerks photoshoot!:p
Like always Ben your car looks great. I love it.
Very nice !!! What happen to the Kleemann engine cover? I think it look better with it even those i don't like the pink like color looking cover. Btw, base on your dyno, the gian is AWESOME !! But the dyno chart also look Vadim's C32 dyno, and that is after first and second gear, your engine start to mis-fire (spike on dyno dyno chart), i think it might be because due to heat built up. Do you have an intercooloer?
Kleemann USA has abandoned the purple color, as it is not as popular in the US as foreign countries.
My engine is NOT misfiring. Dyno graphs are not perfectly smooth lines. Almost all dyno graphs you see have a level of smoothing built in in order to make them easier to read. This dyno just happens to have less smoothing. If you look at the pre-SC dyno (red line), it also has minor ups and downs. My engine was not misfiring before or after.
I expect to add another 40 HP in the next couple months with our cams and headers. I will post dyno results again when they are installed.
All Kleemann Superchargers come with a patented Laminova intercooler as well as an aftercooler. The result is high power at low boost, and a perfectly reliable setup.
Karl:
Thanks for the compliment, it means a lot coming from you. My mpg has not changed much since the supercharger. I average about 18.7 mpg with mainly city driving. Are you ready for yours
??

That's great mpg for your "mainly city driving".
Today, I just zigzagged coast to coast - Atlantic to Gulf and back today via Alligator Alley - my mpg is getting better at high speed driving: 23!
ps:
Still waiting for the ticket in the mail...

My mileage varies. Under extremely light hwy driving, I've had it up to 26 mpg. Under extremely hard city driving, I've had it average at 12. But 18 seems to be the number.
By the way, what did you do with all the parts you swapped out? Keeping them in case you switch back to stock? Are you going to, or have already sold them.
1. AMG Kit
2, CLK Hood
3. 13.1" Brembo Gran Turismo Brake System--also works with w210 E class, w202 C class, and R170 SLK.
4. 17" Chrome AMG Monoblocks
If you or anyone are interested in these parts please email or call me.
Thanks

Thanks Neal! It was nice talking to you today.
Ben
After u get the Cams And headers whats next on the list for mods? If any. (Not that u need anymore)
Are u planning on keeping this car a while or are u going to get rid of it soon and start a new project?
If your looking to sell it please let me know when.
Thanks
You can see some of my future mods in my gallery, but I will list them here as well. In addition to our Evosport cams and Evosport headers I will be getting:
Evosport Intake
Evosport Adjustable Sway Bars (currently have Eibach's)
Evoosport Chasis Stiffening Brace (dramatically improve handling)
Evosport Front Upper Brace (more handling upgrades)
Evosport-Brembo Rear 12.1" Big Brake Kit
Full Competition Audio/Video Stereo System
And possibly some Sparco Seats and a Victor Steering wheel.
I expect to put a little over 400HP to the rear wheels and have exceptional handling when my car is complete. I'll post more on each upgrade as information becomes available.
Thanks
Ben
I plan on keeping my car for a long time, unless the right offer comes along...

If i am ever intrested i will have to make u an offer u can not refuse.
goodluck with the rest of the mods.
yeah she is pretty hot.
Like always Ben your car looks great. I love it.
love your car too, Ben, but i really had to say this "what is with the regular looking front bumper, man?"
its got a nice, very subtle, yet aggressive look. especially with the dual exhaust cutouts in the rear
I love that red CLK of yours. Great taste.
I am looking for a quad exhaust system as well for my CLK55. Do you work for evosport? If yes, does evosport carry this quad exhaust system? how much? I like my AMG exhaust but want a quad exhaust and also want to get a system that produces sound similar to the Ferrari F360 v8. Can you recommend a few exhaust system with this characteristics (quad exhaust and sounds like Ferrari exhaust, NOT rice rockets).
Thank you.
Your car does look great!
Do you have the Kleemann Speed Sensitive Suspension?
I like the ride height, are those 19’s wheels?
Did you do anything else to the suspension?
I’m trying to get an idea what my car would look like with the Kleemann Speed Sensitive Suspension and the 18” LM 5’s I hav on it now.
Tim
Tim,
Yes, my car has the Kleemann Speed-Sensitive Suspension on it. The 19" wheels, along with the 245/275 tire combo, raised the car a little (compared to 17s before). Your car has more weight, due to the larger motor, but the ride height will be similiar.
