My first test run is planned, SL55AMG is one of my guests
C32AMG,E46/M3, Porsche 930 turbo, c32k, (RS4).....
are all around, take a good benchmark each other.
The most interesting part to me whether a CLK50K vs SL55AMG
similiar in horses, Cd, weight , speedshift .....one or another
advantaged.
Conditions
Back to back, launch 0~250 km/hr.

Meet an SL55AMG is a lot of pressure, the power is incredible

A friend just started the bad *** and went for fueling the CLK.
Half an hour later, he'll tell me how he feels

shop floor. What a view ! The black K8 wanna replace a
Lorinser grill, sounds odd

Thanks to the technician O/T babysitting my baby.
A few fine tune is done, sounds the beast is getting stronger
& stronger.
Wheelspins till 2nd gear shift implies the torque is huge.

as common effect on all monster cars.

92 Celcius, sounds normal now.
Those engr & technician have done their job well !
A friend happened to meet the CLK50K with his C32K on the
way to burn-in........
A very special treble tone he's never heard before past
him, not like the note of Brabus or M3 deep bass but 8.0L fast flow of exhaust squeezed thru a thin pipe.
He was doing 40~90 mph and saw the beast overtook him
then fade away to 135+ mph, definitely not a match by his "TINY" 330 hp cat
My C32 is quite even with him at such acceleration.
Suspension is also great, said the Technician, " Feels like the ABC, Comfortable but confidence"
"I giveup ! even I floor it,pull away by the CLK50K made me hopeless....." friend reminds and he used to beat an E46/M3 by his excellent skills on road killing.

Depends on the weather tomorrow, I haven't tested it yet.

Yes ! I killed a F355, see detail in the forum of killing stories.
I'm going to time my 0~150 mph, doing my homework before
the race with SL55AMG.

Well, the result comes out !
0~ 150 mph takes 23.5" here in Taiwan, the weather is a little warm around 28 Celcius(82 F), not that perfect condition as those
Mags report the SL55AMG takes 22.6" for the sprint.
Guess the condition to test SL55 is around 15 Celcius or even lower temperature.
So the SL55 may suffer warmer weather here to less perform
the sprint as well as mine.

I arranged 6~7 members with V8 in each car.
I think it's a good memory no matter the result will be.
SL55 & I take the lead position, follow by a lot of M3,C32,Porsche.... they're good followers
