2004 Mercedes Benz CLK320
not quite amg but...
I dont really know where to post this or what it means...but I saw a C320 on Friday with CLK320 badges on it. It was the strangest thing. Completely stock gold C320 in the New Orleans area, with a 50 yr old white woman driving it. I thought I was in the twilight zone.

'07 S550 w/ AMG Package
Today I saw a white SL550, with the AMG package, badged as an SL55 with the AMG logo on the trunk, and the V8Kompressor badges on the fenders. I was driving behind him but I couldnt get a good pic at all.

B: The M3 ceased to be the "gold standard" for sports cars 5 or 6 years ago. I wouldn't go making out like that's the be-all and end-all.

2003 Jaguar S-Type R
Hello all. This is my first post here and not my last. As my name says I have a Jaguar that im about to sell, in favor of a CLS550. I have been down to my local dealership (lakeview mercedes-benz) and looked at the car and test drove a standard non AMG car. Im still not fully "up" on what is considered a "sport" and what the AMG car is. As well as the top of the line CLS550. I saw that and that was roughly 91,000. Now im all for not being a "poser" and actually buying the car that my badges state I have, but in all honesty if I bought the Sport CLS550 and added a a few things like the spoiler and AMG badging and a few other things...would you actually be able to tell? Would it be the wheels, exhaust tips? You guys tell me.....im new to the Benz world....as I said I am looking to buy one and want am leaning towards the 550 amg version. Its been fun, playing with other jags that are 3.0's and 4.0's with my car as its the supercharged car, but its time has come to move onto the Benz as I wouldnt buy anything other than a CLS class car at the moment. I even like it better than the S550 which I test drove and a pre-owned Maserati Quattroporte that was awesome but not as eye appealing as the Benz, well at least to me.......I love the CLS's looks. Thanks guys...
