Grrrr Fix it ticket!
I was just curious whats a fix it ticket cost? when i go the DMV for them to check it out, will they trip out on my windows and give me another ticket.
Then Go to your nearest CHP and have an Officer sign it off.The CHP performs the inspection for free.
Make sure that your windows are down when you park the car,if they are tinted, all doe they might not even go outside to check the car, they might just sign it off for you.
Then you will send the Ticket to the Courthouse listed on your Ticket,it is marked which one,and include a check for 10$

Down here in FL, we have no state income tax, just sales and property taxes. With the economy in the toilet, we are getting less tourism so that revenue stream is getting squeezed, and with falling property values everyone is petitioning to have their tax assessments adjusted downward, and so that revenue stream is getting squeezed at the same time.
As a result, all these little municipalities are cranking up the pressure on the porkers to generate a lot more revenue, and it's getting to the point where on my normal drive between Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, there are at least 3 or 4 cops hiding under bridges, behind bushes, etc., using radar. It's getting really ridiculous, as are the things they cite you for. The ticket prices are getting really expensive as well, a regular speeding ticket now starts at $100 or so, and then the county adds their fees to it, so by the time you're done you'll wind up paying $150+ for going 6 over the limit.
The laser traps I actually have no problems with, since it's a line-of-sight thing, and as long as I periodically scan the median and sides of the road I can always see them sitting there before they hit me. Radar is another story though, since they can be miles away, or hiding behind things, and that detector has paid for itself soooo many times over.
