Was kind of bored today so like what i also do is stop by my local Calstar dealer in Glendale. I normally like to drop in occasionally and see what they have.. . Anyways to my surprise they have a few AMG models in stock. Here's a couple of pics of the new W209 silver CLK55 AMG.

I pitty the fool..

Who pays $25k mark up for a new CLK55! Without zeons! What, so now they are down-grading the CLK55 further to the C32-level? Nothing against C32, which I love, but the 208 CLK55 had all options included, except for phone and COMMAND. What a rip-off. Another clue (aside from the lack of a SC) that the CLK is being sent downmarket to ensure the CL line is ultra-premium.

Thanks for the pics JAME55 --- Loose on the world with the new digital camera! Peter Parker, Jr.

Yeah when i saw the price i was like what's wrong with these people? Anyways it doesn't make sense to have a price of $95k on a CLK55 when you can get a non AMG CL or S for a little bit more. Doesn't make sense??

Welcome for the pics! Oh and just call me your friendly neighborhood spidey! I'll be taking more pics at the LA Auto show this weekened!

Nope i'm 100% sure this was USD!! As far as the exterior couldn't real tell since they did not have a 500 in stock.

I think the black part you see right above the muffler on the 55 is mesh grill and on the 500 it's solid black panel. The 55 has rear spoiler, double spoke 17, and cross-drilled AMG/Brembo brake up front. Other than those they look the same.

Some people will pay it

The thing about a brand new body style and outrageous markup is someone will decide they simply gotta have one. And for a few folks out there money is not the point.

Plus realistically, there probably won't be that many available in the coming months. The dealers look at it as "If you don't buy it, the next guy thru the door will."
