Well, fine: let me just end the discussion by saying that people who think that OEM in the context of a particular make and model does not signify the parts/equipment with which that vehicle was Origanlly Equipped as it came from the Manufacturer are delusional, not to mention ignorant.

01 CLK55 is an $13 grand car ,do you really think that adding a $14,000 KSC installed is going to make it be a $27,000 CLK55?
We've all seen nice examples sit and sit while the owner asks why won't anyone pony up and buy my car.The refrain return it to stock.You are not going to get your money out of the SC anymore than the guy that bought 10grand worth of custom rims.The car will sell at or likely below market.SC,Rims and all.

Look at the history of kleemann supercharged cars sold in the past. Not a single one sold at or less than stock market value. I wonder why

the Op has a kleemann on his clk that he is going to take off and install on his E55 that's why he wants the 55 motor in his 430 so it will still have some power after the kleemann is gone.
I don't know why everyone is getting so crazy about this guy wanting a 55 motor in a 430 if it's not your thing then why do you care what he does with his car his money his resale value

Second, you want to talk about resale value?/ ( Even though this thread was never about that ) ...OK ...what $ value would you put on the joy of driving the car with the Kleemann on it while you own it? Does that come into play at all in your opinion ? We are not talking resale value the CONSUMER DIGEST way here. Thats why it is a PERSONAL , one person might look at Kleemann W208 @ YOUR $27K price and think it is a STEAL, and others wont know what the hell is a Kleemann !!!

First of all moron if I wanted my car to be modded I know where to go. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out Its not like you do the work. Like I said boltons like a blower is different then swapping out a motor. Its easier, smarter because you could always take it out. BTW you got me less then a car with your "monster modded C55"

I had Jeffrey do my C43. and right now,I am personally pulling the engine out of my Talon and putting my built motor back in. I do the majority of the work on my cars myself. All you do is push a mail cart around.
By the way,dropping in a blower compromises the motor more than dropping one in. So the potential of blowing up one of these motors due to detonation is very costly dopey.

The reason why I sold the 350z is because I wanted something rare and faster which is the 02 Clk55. I payed only $3500 more for the low mileage Clk55 which I couldnt pass up. Also if buying the C36 was a mistake I wouldve sold it Its my daily driver which I depend on.
