Sometimes pictures don't do these cars justice. I'm gonna need to see it in person. I'm still pissed about it being called an E class coupe. The steering wheel looks like its from the new C class.

haha, the CLS had to grow on me as well...i'm thinkin bout one of those next...but this new CLK or Ecoupe whatever u want to call it is NOT HOT...i hate to say it, but the M3 is starting to look good as well................

It probably is; apparently this thing's chassis is based upon the C Class, not the E Class.
thats bulls**t... do you know why it's called E-Coupe? ... ... YES because it's based on the E-Class 
they ruined the E class, now CLK, whats next?

We'll find out soon enough, and frankly, I hope they're wrong: it would be a huge mistake imo to market a vehicle built on a C-Class chassis as an "E-Class coupe".

I guess I am crazy. I think the car looks pretty good. The rear quarter panel treatment was a nice touch. The AMG version will probably have some serious meat on the back. Give that car the AMG treatment and a much lower stance and it will be a handsome car. My only gripe is that the car looks huge. 208 to 209 produced a much bigger and heavier car and it looks like they are continuing the trend. That car is at least 4,000 lbs.
I am pretty sure all four windows will roll down just like on our CLK's. The design looks identical to me. Anyone read German?
