04 CLK 55 AMG, 67700miles is $19.2k reasonable?

I am newbie here.
currently thinking to buy good price AMG line.
I saw one from Ebay which is 04 CLK 55 AMG, 67700miles is $19.2k reasonable?( it was posted $20.9k, but I contacted and $19.2k was okay)

1. 67700miles normally okay without warranty?
2. seller said no accident, but should I do PPI through Ebay first?
3. what is common problem 04 year and CLK 55 AMG?
is 04 CLK55 AMG is still reliable than simliar price (05 06 C series)?
it is very hard to find good price AMG car, I better work hard to make more money for 05 car,,,sad

Buy mine 
It now has 67,400 miles but I dropped my price to $21,000 shipped. The 2005 up models come with the newer and larger screen Nav system, dual exhausts and larger brakes from the SL55's! Check it out and feel free to call me and setup an inspection.
