Road Atlanta, yep the BIG DOG - Private Track Day - mid-May??
Been a little while since the last track outing, but am currently exploring a day at Road Atlanta (would be on a Monday), looking at mid-May.

Need a little over 3 dozen to make this viable, due to the significant cost of renting this track. Cost would be around $500pp. We would have the track for the WHOLE DAY and you'd get as much track time as you could stand.

Any interest??

Oh, I would be up for that! : ) It might be fun to get a block of rooms reserved somewhere close to the track to make a weekend out of it. Let me know if you need any help with the organization Chappy.

I'm interested. What rules are we playing by? At this cost, are we looking at corner workers or are we playing on our own? If we're exclusive Mercedes, I've got one other who might be interested. If you open it up, I've got two others who would be interested.

AMG and Mercedes. We'll see how everything comes together. Hoping to keep exclusive! Everything should be included for that rate, but we've got to clear the hurdle of enough interest first.

Sounds like fun. Keep me in the loop. I'm sure you've been out to all the AMG guys in Peachtree and elsewhere. We could broadcast to the greater Peachtree Chapter at some point. My only concern would be the need to screen by experience level. This is not a track for newbies.

If you are local and can go drive Road Atlanta.... go for it, you will have a blast. It is a great track. I got to run my old Indycar there and it was a track that will live on in my memory forever.
