CLK63 Carbon Fiber interior makeover
I decided to give the CLK63 a little bit of an interior makeover. I have a friend who runs a business wrapping cars, both inside and out. I've always disliked the wood trim in our particular CLK63 Convertible, so I decided to have him wrap the interior wood pieces in "carbon fiber" (it's actually a cloth that looks like carbon fiber).
I will take better pictures tomorrow in the sunlight--because these simply don't do it justice. It transformed the interior--it's MUCH more sporty now.

I wonder how he did the piece with the ESP and seat warmers. I had a hard time doing this and I ended up having it sanded down and removed the chrome piece around the hazard light to make it fit. It still doesn't look great either

Cost was $330 dollars. Probably should've been a lot more.
I'm not sure where he found the instructions on how to remove the trim pieces. I know he said he surfed some of the Benz forums.
I'll have more pictures up tomorrow of the finished product. It looks amazing!
