Need Help - Engine Rough Idle - Video Inside

HELP! I just replaced my intake manifold (includes unplugging injectors, spark plugs, MAF, TB, etc). I fixed 2 loose injector connections and it still runs like this. One injector came out of the fuel rail and I had to lube the o-ring and reinstall it.

What can be the problem here? Can any of you tell by listening and watching? Thanks!

Yeah man, the funny thing is, I never noticed it until after I recorded the video and watched it. Didn't seem so obvious while sitting in the car. Now, if I can just figure out the best way to locate the leak(s)...

Thank you PTE! Any suggestions, please let me know.

I had this alot when I pulled intakes on/off my 5.0 mustangs.

1. If you removed the fuel injectors, check to be sure you installed o-rings on all injectors. They have a tendancy to pull off and stay in the ports.
2. Also be sure none of the injector o-rings are split or cut......
3. Also be sure the injectors are all properly pushed in and seated...... very important as these can be major air leaks.... and they sound just like that a loud whistle.
4. Detecting vac leaks.... we used to use some starting fluid and spray it around the injectors or the intake mani...on a COLD engine...... don't do this on a smoking HOT motor or you could have a BBQ...... the car should rev up if you spray the starting fluid at the vac leak.
5. That leak sounds soooo loud you might be able to detect it just by getting close to the engine and peaking around......
6. Did you pinch the gasket in the upper/lower intake?
7. did you install new gaskets for the lower intake to heads? or are they missing?
8. is the mass air meter seated totally?
9. is there an unplugged hose that goes onto a nipple on the intake manifold? OR perhaps a plastic hose got cracked during the install.

I would retrace my steps on the install.

Could this opening have anything to do with it? Don't remember seeing it before, but then again I've never looked. Just before the front drivers side of the intake manifold.

FYI, in case anyone looks this up. There was a vacuum leak. I'm 99% sure it's in the seal on the manifold. Looks like after the port/polish it just had a gap in the seal. I haven't fixed it, went back to stock with no issues.
