frankenstein 2001 CLK 430
actually u don't need the whole timing cover, u need an amg fabricated piece to hold one of the pulleys for it only, i didn't change mine ... although i think its better to change it to the 55k one because it already has routing to the engine oil cooler (us-spec 500's and 430's don't)

don't know if it helps on the oil cooler routing but i have a us spec clk 55. Can this piece you are referring to be ordered? Can the guy that made yours make another for me?

you are the man! i just received a partial shipment today consisting of the cams, valve covers and s/c assy.good gawd is that thing heavy!!!!!!
Pending are the pullies, waterpump and airbox assy's
Also is there a way i can contact you directly? can u pm it to me? next would you recommend i use the e55 cams or stick to the clk55 cams since i have the 10.5 pistons. thinking of valve to piston interference issues with lift if the 9:1 pistons used valve releifs(inverted dome)

almost forgot....the e55 cyl head assy's. which if rumors are correct are more efficient than the clk 55 heads on the exhaust ports plus the necessary valvesprings i need.
