Mine was a little dry. Today I purchased the gasket from SF Benz. The part number for W208 CLK 55 is A 112 094 01 80. The posted autohausAZ link is incorrect. I'll post a picture tonight.

When changing the air filters, the MB maintenance manual says to lubricate the sealing ring of the air cleaner MAF opening with liquid lubricant. "Naphtolen H" is specified. The MB part number for Naphtolen H is 0009890160, and it retails for $90. Ninety dollars is a bit much for a literal five dollar gasket, so a light film of 303 Aerospace Protectant will do. 303 Aerospace retails for about $12, and the gasket will last longer.

The gasket is $10.07 including tax (San Francisco tax). The new gasket is very flexible and smooth. The old gasket (9 years old) is a bit harden and rough.

If you order from MB dealers through their websites, you may find the prices to be lower for most parts. In many cases, you can order the parts from a local dealer and pick them up at will call, which eliminates shipping. In this case, I see 1120940180 as $5.50 retail, and marked down to $4.12 -see the attached photo
