Whats up guys, Im coming from the w203 forum but picked up a 2005 CLK55 last May. I finally finished the main build. If any of you are going to sema this year, it will be in the lower south hall, booth #42213.
I know it's not everyone's style, but let me know what you think. I'll be doing a build thread later on...

When I think about what I hope I can accomplish with my C55, what I picture is so much like this! (in satin pearl white though

yessir, im on air suspension over coilovers. I had to do a custom setup since there are no available kits. Im running the airlift v2 management system

whatsup Ro, that's the Sarto kit right? I love it. did they ever do the engine transplant in their red clk with this kit? ive been doing some talking to liberty walk through a mutual friend about a fender flare kit for my w208, ill let you know how that goes. we should get together soon haven't seen you in a while. btw when is the next mb junkie event im ready for the next one.

Looks great! What racing are you doing with it? What did you do with the open differential and transmission kick down issues? Amazing car and something you don't see every day!

2012 Mercedes SLS, 2014 Mercedes SLS Black Series, 2014 E63S, 2013 S550, 2012 ML63, 2013 C250
I saw the car at SEMA and I thought it looked really good. The graphics looked good as well. It was a good representation for Mercedes at the SEMA show. Hopefully we get more Mercedes involved at the show, BMW had a pretty strong presence there this year with a lot of cars throughout the show. We have to change that.

Thanks! was looking for the 3 slat grill, but might just stick with this one for now. I have a CF grill but dont know if ill use that one either.

Haha, i wish i could say i race, but this is car is a show queen, lol. Performance wise its been tuned by OE tuning and has a wavetrac LSD. Ill be doing more performance mods in the future, but not really enough to do any racing.

whats up Ash, yes you are correct this is the Sarto kit. Not really sure if they did the swap or not, last i saw it wasn't done but that was awhile ago. Flares on the 208 should be pretty sick, definitely keep us in the loop. We are trying to plan out a small toy drive for this Christmas, its still in the planning stages though. Ill let you know when we get something going...
