I would suggest getting a good shop to hook it up to a scanner and see if they can pull any hard stored codes, or something you're not seeing that could be causing the issue.
Tell them to check the wiring thats leading to the sensor, its possible there is a bad ground somewhere or vibration is causing a short at higher speeds, throwing the light.
Check your breather hoses and make sure they aren't clogged up as that could be building pressure as well. (Top of Driver side valve cover leading towards back of motor and into throttle body) Make sure all of your Vacuum lines and breather hoses are in good shape. It's common on M113 cars for these to crack and become brittle over time.
Hows the service history? When was the last time it had a full tune up, Plugs, Coils, Wires, Valve cover Gaskets, Motor mounts, Etc?
Lastly, and i would assume most unlikely, another oil pressure sensor switch, however i doubt you have 2 bad units. I would suggest purchasing all of your parts through FCPEuro moving forward as they have lifetime warranty's on everything.
Good luck and report back
