Me and someone else (who will remain nameless) were talking about the 05 and up CLK55 front brakes. I am saying they are the same as the SLK55 (and he does not think so). So are the front brakes of the 2005 CLK55 a 2 peice rotor? any pics would be nice to!

Thanks

Based on my observation the US market SLK55 and 05+ CLK55 doesnt come stock with 2 pc rotor..

the only time i've seen 2 pc rotor on SLK55 is on the picture of European Spec SLK55.

Regardz,
Well, i could have sworn i saw a 2 peice front rotor of the SLK55 and 05 CLK55 at the dealer. That picture of the wheel showing the rotor is the rear. I know the rears are 1 peice. But its the fronts i was talking about.

I was at my MB dealer the other day. They had a brand new 2005 CLK55 in Silver with front 6 piston caliper and a true 2 piece floating rotor. In the rear was a 4 piston caliper and a fixed 1 piece rotor. My salesman told all the new 2005 CLK 55's come this way from the factory.
