Just went for a ride to the store
Funny how I so easily volunteer to run to the grocery store when we need anything. Damn I love this car. Puts a smile on my face every time. I sure wish back tires were free.

2008 MBZ CLK63 AMG Black Series
I just bought mine in Jacksonville FL yesterday, and drove it up to PA, 900 miles with my brother. No complaints about comfort the entire trip, and we were amazed by the power and handling after MANY hours of driving. I have never said this about any car before including my M3, M6 and Range Rover!

Last summer, I flew into OH, bought a white Black & drove 800+ miles back to MA. I too enjoyed every second of it. What a blast!

We didnt get snowed on, but we ended up in the snow after the storm hit and traffic was bad. Yea, I got the black buy-back on Ebay. 900 miles so far and all is well, like a brand-new car!

yea, I've gone from a Mazda RX7 to a BMW E36 M3 to a BMW E46 M3 to a BMW M6 and now the CLK63.... my cars keep getting faster and more expensive!
I also have a 2006 Range Rover Supercharged with 400hp, but I saw how fast the new RR S/C is at 500hp and want that now too!
I will be very poor soon... but driving nice cars.

Yes, that's me! I think the car is a blast; much more fun than I thought it would be! I've been driving it up until the snow started to fly & now it's just in winter hybernation. I did sell the GT back in November & to be honest, I think the CLK is a better driving car. While nothing catches more eyes than the GT, it surprised me how many people do check the CLK out. After owning a Viper GTS & the GT, I think I've finally gotten the sports car thing out of my system. Maybe I'm finally growing up. NOT!
How about you; did you get anything for a replacement vehicle?
