I'm going to be out in Vegas in mid May (13th-17th) for my birthday, I was not planning on having my BS out there but I can ship it out if you have any interest in splitting the cost on a track rental so we can put our two beasts up head to head. Let me know so I can start making arrangements if needed. I own a slightly modded Black Series and I would love to see what Hennessey has put together from the Black Series.

So in terms of mods, what exactly has been done to the car? How much hp is it putting down?

I will be in vegas from the 4th - 9th. The car is being transported to Vegas while I am there before it gets shipped to Switzerland.

Any interest in splitting a track rental? I can head out to Vegas a few days early, this might be fun. What kind of mods are you going with? What type of rwhp figures are they promising? You have caught all of our attention how about some more info on the mods.

That could prove to be a lot of fun. I have not track raced for many years so I am sure I will be getting a good look of the back of your car!! Let me see if the road course at the speedway is available. Will pm you with my contact details.

We can do LVMS road course or Spring Mountain out in Pahrump. Spring Mountain is a designated road course, more run-off and no walls, LVMS utilizes sections of the oval speedway so nearly have the track has a wall instead of run-off. I'm not worried about wadding mime up, but not sure if you are a care-free as I am.

...You still have not answered, what are all the mods you are getting from Henn? You show me yours and I'll show you mine , at least tell me this, will your mods put you in the neighborhood of 620rwhp?

jrcart....sent you a pm. As far as mods go I know John has put different lic plates on for me other than that, who knows but I am sure we will see what he has done in a couple of months.

I will check more into the logistics of this on my end. We are flying out for a friends birthday so I have to make sure there is time to race!

Doing shots of tequila for 3 hours and then heading over to Pole Position, acting sober while we register and then seeing who can run the quickest lap times ***** faced out of our minds in 60 mph go-karts is always a good time. Before any of you start lecturing about drinking and driving these were go-karts and I paid to rent the track so me and my buddies had it all to ourselves, nobody else was in danger so everybody just chill...I did discover that I can run quicker lap times drunk than I can sober, I really can't explain it

I will still be in vegas for May with the car but won't be racing. John will be a bit tied up as well...check out the cover on top gear magazine coming out next week (I don't know when it comes out in the US).

Agree! Why even mention "Hennessey prepared" when a lot of people would be interested in knowing what modifications are on it and the OP won't even share?

I guess some people are more forthcoming with information. I didn't post on here to tell everyone what has been done to my car, just that I was going to be in Vegas and was curious if any other owners were going to be there which maybe in hindsight was a mistake.

Typical attitude of who this guy is though... thinks that for some reason keeping things secret about what he has or what he is getting raises his status...

All we want to know about is the car because we are car freaks. No reason to hide it and make it seem like a huge shabang and then end up with a simple ECU tune and air intake mod.

We really want to know if Hennessey is putting turbos or a supercharger on a CLK63 BS?
This isn't a groupie forum, we weren't all just going to kiss your *** b/c you have a BS and getting some mods done and leave it at that.
You had to expect to share information back with us.
