I don't normally post to any sites but as this is a small group...why not. I am taking delivery of my Hennessey prepared clk black edition this May in Vegas.
Any other black series there (cars or people) who will be in Vegas the beginning of May?

I'm going to be out in Vegas in mid May (13th-17th) for my birthday, I was not planning on having my BS out there but I can ship it out if you have any interest in splitting the cost on a track rental so we can put our two beasts up head to head. Let me know so I can start making arrangements if needed. I own a slightly modded Black Series

Any interest in splitting a track rental? I can head out to Vegas a few days early, this might be fun. What kind of mods are you going with? What type of rwhp figures are they promising? You have caught all of our attention how about some more info on the mods.

That could prove to be a lot of fun. I have not track raced for many years so I am sure I will be getting a good look of the back of your car!! Let me see if the road course at the speedway is available. Will pm you with my contact details.

jrcart....sent you a pm. As far as mods go I know John has put different lic plates on for me other than that, who knows

Less than an impressive post above.
I will still be in vegas for May with the car but won't be racing. John will be a bit tied up as well...check out the cover on top gear magazine coming out next week (I don't know when it comes out in the US).

I guess some people are more forthcoming with information. I didn't post on here to tell everyone what has been done to my car, just that I was going to be in Vegas and was curious if any other owners were going to be there which maybe in hindsight was a mistake.

Typical attitude of who this guy is though... thinks that for some reason keeping things secret about what he has or what he is getting raises his status...
All we want to know about is the car because we are car freaks. No reason to hide it and make it seem like a huge shabang and then end up with a simple ECU tune and air intake mod.

We really want to know if Hennessey is putting turbos or a supercharger on a CLK63 BS?
This isn't a groupie forum, we weren't all just going to kiss your *** b/c you have a BS and getting some mods done and leave it at that.
You had to expect to share information back with us.
If you just want groupies, may I suggest Twitter, Facebook, CarDomain, etc.
