No, the CLK 63 Black Series is a 2008 model. I assume the 367 is for non-North American CLK 63 coupes, the only non Black Series CLK 63 to hit North America was the cabrio version, I believe Europe and middle eastern countries are the only ones that got CLK 63 coupes.

I think you'll find that they are quoting the manufacturing year, in which case, 367 would be the Black Series in 2007.

Those 367 vehicles amounted to almost 50 million in sales to AMG at the list price when they sold new....!

I am also pretty sure that the 367 number is for US bound black series. The year 2007signifies the corresponding production year for the black series. 2008 is the Model Year of the car.

The number is 367 for the US and the numbers are for US sales (at least on the BS since it was only sold in the US - not Canada).

Yes, by definition the cab is more rare, about 3 times as rare but that does not equate to more desirable, there's a reason MB only produced about 100 CLK63 Cabs...they couldn't give them away.

These numbers do not seem correct. I believe there were 1150 C43's imported to the US from 1998-2000

1998 = 579
1999 = 546
2000 = 25

Year 2000 - number of units & colors
(1) Burgundy
(4) Obsidian Black
(6) White
(7) Black
(7) Silver

Year 2000 - interiors
(1) equipped with blue/black two-tone leather (silver car)
(10) equipped with black leather
(14) equipped with silver/black two-tone leather

You are right about the 2000 model which only 25 were shipped to the US but in total there were 4,200 C43's made for world wide distribution, the numbers listed above come out to 1425

JRCart- I don't agree that "they couldn't give them away"...the BS is a more desirable car, but preference is a factor as well. I had the opportunity to purchase a BS CLK63 but I wanted a fast AMG convertible with a back seat. So, for me the cabroilet was more desirable. The color of my car is black and I get many compliments. In fact, this past saturday the owner of the detail shop that cleaned my car offered me $52,000 but I was not interested in selling. I have read many of your post in this forum, and I respect and admire what you have done with your car. I agree the BS is a better overall performing car due to the handling and suspension (love the quad exhaust and flared fenders), but the 63 cabroilet is not chopped liver. Take care and keep me posted on that supercharged beast you have.

With P30 Package?

So how does one find out how many of the 699 US destined 2007 CLS63 cars had the P30 AMG performance package?
Or did they all by virtue of being an AMG come with the P30 performance package?
