CLK AMG BLACK SERIES (among other German things)
Will I be outcast if I sell my Black Series ?
Its likely that the Black Series is going away , but I like it here . If it does ( go away I mean ) do I have to leave here ? Does being an ex owner count , or is it a form of posing ?![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
help , confused and just a little mischievous in UK .

I was a "right time" buyer. I was offered 84 immediately after buying the car and then 87 almost two days after that. And ya, I think these may be some of the only german cars going up in value lol.

One went for $67,500 wholesale at the bottom of the dip in CLK63 BS prices. Whether or not it goes back down to those levels depends on the economy most likely, but $60k should be the long term base on the BS prices, hard to see it getting any lower then that long term ....

WTDOOM.... Porsches are everywhere and not really unique. Outdated look. I would keep your blk eventhough you are being offered a ridiculous amount of money for it.
Aside from this obvious scam artist on auto trader selling his car for $43,500, the Prices for blacks are actually on the way up. I strongly suggest to those who dont need to sell their to consider keeping them, as the values of these cars will most definitely go up rather than down in the near future. I am saying this while considering 2 major factors. The first being that people are crashing these cars (CLK BLK), hence the number of actual clean units are on the way down, and the second being the fact that the SL65 Black did so poorly for AMG, that I am sure they are leaning towards killing the name. Either way I am biased becuase I own one and am keeping it. Just thought I would share my $.02
