New wheels for my Black
ADV7.1
Front: 19x9.5 w/16mm offset
Rear: 19x11 w/28mm offset
Michelin PS2
Front: 275/30-19
Rear: 305/30-19
Didn't get a chance to wash the car before the pics...
Thanks to everyone with all the awesome info I found on this forum, there is zero rub, perfect clearance. The "always oversteer" is toned down a bit, there's a little bit of reassuring understeer at the limit before the tail kicks out... a little less stressful at the limit, especially on fast corners haha.
Next up, lowering/corner balance, track time (next year), and suspension adjustments. That is, if my diff doesn't spew oil again at the track!

Love the look...matte finish and the new wheels. Is there a rear wing available for your car?

No more track days left for this year, but I did take the car out to the mountains for a run on some back highways over the weekend. I can finally trail brake with this setup! With the stock wheels (+spacers) and tires, any attempt at hard trail braking would unsettle the back end quite a bit, which I wasn't used to. I can now brake much later and deeper into corners, almost up to the apex. With the stock+spacers setup, the rear end would love to step out under power, which required slight throttle lift to hold a drift. Now, the car begs for power after the apex, and when it gets sideways, a slight lift will bring it right back in line, and to hold any sort of a drift I'd have to go full throttle off the entire turn. My exit speeds feels a lot faster.
For fast corners, it's just stable, even over small bumps. I don't think I've found the limit yet there.
Not sure if it's the wider footprint that changed the dynamics, or if the PS2's are that much better than the P Zero's (non Corsas).

Looks great...I prefer the look of stock wheels 99% of the time but these flow with the car perfectly...staying with 19" is smart too

I think a little more negative camber would solve it too. Or maybe a tire that's not as wide as the Pilot Sport 2's. They have some massive rim protector sidewalls.
