help please my car is making noise
so I just got my car like 3 #weeks ago and its making strange noise like > crackling and sounds like suspension issue. or breaks ????? or ??

the sound comes when the car is slow moving< it make crackling sound when i stop and when i start moving like something is just off ? on the freeway its fine only slow it sounds bad>> i have ben driving in SF for the last 2 days and there is a lot pot holes maybe ?? and bumps ?

it sound like its coming from the back trunk area i am sure its not the breaks. I Think bushings

Dunno about the suspension, but I had a lots of pops/creaks come from the rear deck/trunk area. Found out it was the clips holding the speakers. Would hear it on hard bumps, irregular pavement, etc.

When I think of a crackling noise, I think of the crackles and pops made by an old vinyl record... Is this they type of noise you're hearing?

Heh, if so that's just the car backfiring

If not, there are no common suspension related noises from the rear that I know of, mostly the front when turning on cold days.
