It seems the Carbonio airbox is a wonderful alternative choice compared with ROW airbox!

This is a nice one. CF bits all over the interior.
That is definitely carbonio airboxes. And I don't think they sell the engine cover separately unfortunately! Your best bet would be to check ebay for a spare one or in the classified section.
Now did the ferrari dealership bought it from auction? How come they don't have any info on it?
I would recommend to do a PPI. But visually apart from the front seat bolster it looks great.
