That accident has to be the only reason this car has not sold. Because that price is borderline stealing for a car as wonderful as the CLK63 Black Series.

Exactly, I would sold it 10 times if it didn't have carfax reported accident.
I had accident with my mustang that cost 21k to fix and there wasn't anything in carfax. They only report it when police report is done.
So don't trust Carfax! !!

BTW this clk bs is great driver.

Recently dealer was offering 40k on CLKBS with 30k+ miles.....add tax savings on a trade in and it came out to a bit more. Saw a recent high mileage car asking $49k. The value is whatever the market says. If you arent getting any calls, the price is too high. Typical price reduction for an accident/incident on car fax is 20%. Just depends on the severity of accident. Im no dealer so i dont know much.

You misunderstand. The dealer is selling it for about $15k more, but they offered about $40k as a trade.

Carmax offered 40k for my BS.
I'm not that desperate to sell, but will entertain offers.
Also prefer someone local who can see car in person, too busy to answer 100s emails.

Back at the market for 46500.
Not interested to deal with out of state buyers, unless you can come and see before you make offer.
Current milage is 37600 , 2 accident reported in 2009/10.
No frame damage, just fender bender.
Clean title in hand.

I can get 40k at Carmax or you can make reasonable offer.
I'll wait little bit and that it will go to CM
