Make of it what you will. Prices will always be all over the board. Just a screen shot from this evening, note similar miles, both seem stock.

I am not sure there is anything to make of it considering the CLK63 retailed for $30,000 more when new. So it can be argued that all this really shows is that one car which is twice as old as the other has suffered twice as much depreciation on a dollar basis ($60K vs $30K), so the annual dollar depreciation is pretty much the same for both cars.

The CLK63 Black Series is just special. The look. The sounds. The overall experience of driving and owning it. The C63 Black Series just seems like more of a marketing exercise than a car created to make the driver smile and giggle like an idiot every time they drive it.
I have started to consider having a C63 Black Series as my winter and commuter car so that my other car can rest. I would not feel bad at all to see the C63 covered in snow, where my other car I would never allow it to get like that.
