Looking for the Recaro CLK 63 BS racing seats
Hi guys,
I'm from Europe but I bought my Black Series in USA. In Europe most of the CLK BS has the Recaro racing seats but in USA they all have the more 'stock' AMG seats.
Where can I find those seats? I spend some time at the Recaro website but didn't find the right ones.

That's easy if you're already in Europe, borrow any local Black Series owner's vin number, and you can order them from any local MB dealership, that's exactly what I did (indirectly) to get mine.

Well, that's the problem, there are no local black series CLK owners in my country. And the ones that I don't know will not give their vin anyway. Thanks for your answer

It is possible that a USA dealer could order the euro-spec'd seats for you. My dealer got me the ROW M156 airboxes...

CLK 63 BS seats in europe are Recaro Pole Positions and are available in cloth, vinyl & suede or leather.

Hmm, im not sure i would like information on my car being shared.
Having said that, how many have you found in Australia / New Zealand ?
I am in Australia, and i have one.
By the way, are the ones in the USA individually numbered? Our ones here in Australia, are numbered 1 through to 32.

What other countries cars were numbered? Surely it isnt just Australia.
I think New Zealand was delivered 4 units.
Also, i know for a fact, 2 of the Australian ones were exported to the UK. I have seen BOTH for sale on Romans at different times, and could see they were AU delivered cars, as they had the AU individual numbers on them.
