I guess not...
Looking at the pictures I can't help but notice the front end color seems like its not matching the rest of the car. Am I correct in what i'm seeing? At first I thought maybe its my computer screen but it appears that way in most of the pictures. Anyone?

My brief notes show the same thing
as the CarFax does -
This car for whatever reason was
a Florida car for a short period of time -
Why - I have yet to find out -
I thought the front end paint was not right
in the pictures shown in the listing
so I am glad you are seeing the same thing -

I have not spoken with the current dealer
of this BS -
I highly doubt that he is going to have anything
negative to say at the current price -
The fact that the paint does not look right
and the fact that the car was in Florida even
for a short time raises the level of concern
regarding the truth -
I might be wrong but I am cautious when a
car has been to Florida -

their cars -
Had them repaired and took the cars
to Florida -
However they registered the cars in
Florida - they both received clear/clean titles -
These are both firsthand accounts -
And I have heard this more than a few times
but it was always secondhand -
As to the paint question for this BS -
I see what I believe to be a difference in the
front end paint - if it was just one picture
then it might be the lighting but...
Not sure how much time you have spent in
this sub-forum - there are several threads
regarding dealers who are / were attempting
to sell a BS -
I would suggest reading these threads to get
an idea how a dealers thought process evolves
into avaricious greed when a BS is on the menu -
I would plan on a PPI -
Recently a California member went to Portland
for a red BS -
He had the local Mercedes dealer do a complete
PPI - which was about 180 degrees from the condition
of the car as described by the seller / dealer -
This sub-forum is your best source of knowledge -
