Are you sure they were "rebuilt" by Evosport? Evosport went out of business more than 7 years ago. They are factory KW coil-overs, but they don't have factory springs. If they were "rebuilt" by Evosport, or anyone for that matter, they would not feature aftermarket H&R springs. Their(Evosport) H&R springs, which I had on my CLK, were powder coated metallic blue for the main springs, and red for the tenders, or helper springs on the rear struts. These still have the "H&R" markings on them. Besides, the rear struts you are trying to sell, have the bump stop disintegration, aka, they look like corn meal. They are throwaways ... they can't be salvaged, unless you take a big chance. The only thing that attaches the rear suspension to the chassis, is the shock rod, which has an eyebolt on top. In order to change the bump stops, that eye bolt needs to be removed. Unfortunately, that piece is glued to the shock rod by KW. In order to break it loose, you first have to drain the shock of the nitrogen and oil, because it has to be heated for safe removal. If you just force it, the chance of a hairline crack either in the shock rod or the eye bolt are inevitable. Even that I sold y car, I was not taking that chance. I ordered new factory KW's through MB for the rear before I sold my car, changed the factory springs for the Evosport H&R's and set the custom lowered ride height accordingly.
