That doesn't seem possible unless you get a shop like "Pimp my ride." 2011 is a W219 with different shape and design, the updated headlights is on a LCI W218. The cost just wouldn't be worth it.

For me personally and this is just my own personal taste. I HATE the newer style headlights. They totally ruined the car. The beauty of the car was the front from 12-14. I specifically hunted ONLY for the 12-14 for just the headlamps styling alone. For me ALL the MB look the same, you cant tell one from another nor do they look happy. I think they look sad and droopy. If you have the 12-14 headlamps keep it as it is. If you like the newer style trade.

Now that is the way to go!!!!!!!! have all the latest tech and have the beauty of the front end. That is genius. The updated 15 up front is for my taste is FUGLY. I call all the new MB clones to have sad eyes. Plus, you cant tell one from another from head on.

The facelift looks more updated in my opinion. I probably won't change the headlights but Iwill update to the bumpers and grille. If I had a CLS63 I probably wouldn't do the retrofit.The front bumper on the face lift CLS63 looks ridiculous.

The grills are subjective as well but they are very nice
I don't see any harm in putting in the new star burst grille. You would have to get one that came with the radar cover. They do actually sell on EBay for 365.00, the "Star burst grille" you could remove your radar cover and glue it on the aftermarket one and it would look very nice. The bumpers with the cut outs are a matter of preference. I love the original headlamps/ front end and personally find it and rear doors to be the prettiest part of the car. The only thing I like about the latest CLS is the Designo seat sew pattern and the technology. The rest not at all. Again, this is just my opinion and isn't meant to offend or take away from anyone else's likes or dislikes.

Hey I have a 2013 CLS 550 and am trying to convert it into a cls550 facelift, besides the bumper and the parts behind it, would i also need face lift fenders and the hood? Wb the grille as well?? I’m totally ok with that just trying to understand. I want to keep the older headlights tho.
