2012 CLS550 Adaptive Highbeam Assist?
From what I understand, the LED Intelligent Lighting System on the 2012 CLS550 is part of the premium 1 package. Does this include the Adaptive Highbeam Assist feature where it will carve out part of the light beam? What other features does this come with? I was reading here: http://www.loebermotors.com/blog/wha...ghbeam-assist/ and it was saying that this feature was not available on US cars.

My 2014 prob has the same thing the 2012s have: adaptive is left and right during turns. For hi beam, it is an auto on and off depending on whether there are cars in the camera field of view. I do not think it carves out part of the hi beam for oncoming cars. Some later model years have that feature.

That's referring to the new beam-altering technology they use in their new LED matrices right? That's what I believe the article was referring to, the anti-dazzle high-beam assist. Interesting, I wonder if it's just a software thing, I bet the hardware is the same in the US and Euro versions.
