Front brakes are ready now. I will use CLS/E63 brake hoses. Should be much easier to install than my oem. I will update the dust shields also. CLS550 dust shield are smaller than 360mm front rotors and don't cover those so well. I will post the update version stuff later.
Nice progress.. I will get my calipers tomorrow from pouder coating. I will keep the dust shields and only cut the edges, to fit the bigger caliper.
Driver side is now ready. That knucle material is really hard stuf.f. I did need a drill that have a lot power and after that I have problems with drill bits to last. Finally I did order Cobolt drill bits and lubricant to cool it down. Then I did make it.
I did bought CLS63 Carbon Ceramic dust shields and you can see how much bigger they are vs. Oem. Oem don't even cover well the rotor. Might also look a bit better. So yes now AMG caliber, brake hose, dust shield and Paragon rotor ring with custom fab. hat is installed. My friend did centered the hats in his shop and put a little yellow paint to see if bolts are gonna get loose for some reason.
reports say you will need the amg fuel pumps to handle the extra boost and safely make more power the turbos bolt directly up but you have to route new coolant hoses because your stock ones only use oil cooling it is much easier to drop the motor and subframe together on a hydraulic table rather than trying to pull it out from the top

You need to cut the brown wire, tape the ends with care. You will end up the same problems that I have reported and others before me. You need the fuel pump controller from E/CLS63 S model year 2015 or later. Or get that program somewhere and install that program to your current FPC. I would change the fuel filter same time when you do in tank lift pump. Some have used M278 filter, I use M157 filter so don't know how's m278 will do there. FPR is in the bottom off filter and is different part number on M278 vs M157 amg.
The part number might be the same due its same physical part. The program inside is the key. I don't have program numbers or so to help. In my topic I have put a picture where is mb guidance how the FPC swap is done. Like how they do the program swap from old one to brand new unit. If that helps you.
Few thing have happened. I did finally paint the rear hats that Finish metal work shop did for me. Rear hats were not easy to do for what I see. Paragon brakes didn't manage to do hats for me in over 10 months, just empty promises and finally they did stop answering me back. Nice job.... But hey, metal shop on Finland did those for me like in few weeks! As a side project for them. For me the hats look amazing work! Now my rear light weight brake set is ready.
And the second thing that happened was I bought second set Mercedes C63 AMG wheels, that are the lightest that have done to these cars. Material is Magnesium aluminium. 19x9 wheel weight is 8,2kg / 18,07 lbs. Yes you read it right, just can't believe how light it is. I will might make a post for these later.
Those first C63 AMG wheels that are in my last car pics was made by Otto Fuchs. They manufactured these wheels on behalf of Mercedes-AMG. Since they exclusively manufacture forged wheels, these FUCHSFELGEN are forged,The wheel with the OTTO FUCHS marking 38095.011 weighs 11.05 kg and the wheel with the OTTO FUCHS marking 38096.011 weighs 10.78 kg. I like a lot these wheels. Looks great on cls.
For piece of mind my lower oil pan was out. No special findings like any junk or other nasty stuff. Was like should be. Car is driven now 190 000km. I wonder how much this engine can hold. Its have been tuned now about 90 000km. After oil pan stuff was oil change. First time the oil is 5W50 series. Motul 8100 Power API SP. Car runs now so smooth and light throttle. Not just the oil but new intake stuff and less rotation mass. Next week the rotation mass should be even less than now.. Pretty much less. Will see do I get all stuff.
So here is more wheels for my collection. These are the lightest wheels I have ever touch in my life at this size. Magnesium aluminium. AMG Edition 1. Pretty rare. APP TECH Italy done those for Mercedes AMG.
Front: A2054017400 9 x 19 ET25 = 8,2kg
Rear: A2054017500 10,5 x 20” ET57 = 9,3kg
For comparison my cars oem wheel weight was front 13,5kg and rear 15kg. Truly terrible. (Haven't ride those for years and sold those)
Due the fronts are 19" and rear 20" I need special tire combo to my 4-matic to work properly. Will see how the car will look with these. Weight reduce with these + light rotors will be amazing. I need to ceramic coat those wheels.

C63 AMG Edition1 Magnesium wheels and light weight rear rotors were in about a week now. Really good stopping power, light to drive and the grip is astounding with rear 305/25 Michelin ps4s.
After the new steering wheel I thought that now the old white face speedometer won't look so good there anymore. So I did find E63 S model speedometer that will go in someday along with the steering wheel. Needs coding also.
New steering wheel and AMG S models speedometer is installed. There are three different AMG speedometers. S model have the red light surrounding the little gauges etc.
How you made that AMG Menus showing so much Nm torque. Mine shows only 700 Nm and a few lines..
Can somebody code that for me?
One company in Finland did it for me, who is specialized to Mb codings etc. etc. They did also the CarPlay for me before these, and code the speedometer now.
