It is the opposite - adding spacers reduces offset not increases it. In your above example, adding (non existing) hypothetical 9.5mm spacers to wheels with et25 will result in et15.5 not et34.5. Before advising someone, one needs to understand how offsets "work" (even though this is NOT at all what OP is asking).

our front hubs are deeper, this means you cannot have the flange that you get for the rear.
so the front needs to be hubcentric without the flange, and the rear needs to be hubcentric with the flange.
I'm noticing even though this vehicle started in 2012, there are still a lot of unknowns about this car. Probably because it is not old enough or not long enough for it to be out of warranty for the discoveries to happen
