Keyless Entry - How to only unlock the driver’s side door?
The key I was given when I purchased the car was defective and keyless entry did not work. I purchased and had programmed a new key fob (this happen 2 days ago) and that one works with keyless go and keyless entry. I don’t use the previous key anymore and keep it away from the car so it doesn’t sync.
Should I keep setting the function back on and off over and over till it syncs up perhaps?

You’ve been helpful in letting me know that there’s still a possibility it will eventually work. I haven’t driven the car much, so maybe driving it for a while with the new key will help it sync up more (if that’s a thing) and then I can try changing the locking function again. It’s just strange that changing the setting works fine when I push the button on the fob but not when I touch the door.
