Lowenhart LDRs, not 100% sure on size. There are a lot of knock offs out there of this wheel...

no way that was lowered with a modual. The only way it will get that low is to used the star system from MB, or chang the setting level of the car. I will lowered my car with the brabus modual tonight, and i will post some pics.

Warning, if your going to buy carlson products from the importer watch out. they're going out of business. The last time i heard, they shipped back 150K worth of **** back to carlson.

they had just sent out a new container with updated C-Tronics and new batch of parts. They made some very recent improvements on modules, doesnt seem like a company going under would be investing time in enhancing their products? plus they keep releasing new CLS items. where did you hear this, im just concerend if its true since i did invest a good deal in their module.

Thanks.

I do not know where the information is coming from but like all rumors they are just that. In the information age, we need to all be careful and consider the source when we spread "third-party" gossip.

To set the record straight, Carlsson is alive and well and is in the process of releasing the all new C-tronic lowering modules which allow the lowering of MBZ vehicles without the cutting of the factory wiring harness as is required by the competing systems. Additionally, Carlsson is also the ONLY tuner to offer true engine performance tuning for the new W211 Diesel vehicles (again without cutting a single factory wire) as well as all Supercharged engines.

Carlsson again distinguishes itself as a true PERFORMANCE oriented tuner by offering fully forged one-piece wheels that are significantly lighter than not only the factory AMG wheels, but dramatically lighter than the typical cast one-piece and two-piece offerings from competing tuners.

The Mercedes tuning field is fiercely competitive and as you can see from the various postings, many companies feel it necessary to attack their competitors when their own products cannot stand on their own. We have and continue to be a serious company focused on elegant products that enhance (rather than change) the character of what a Mercedes Benz automobile is. Until now, we have chosen to allow the various members of this fine forum to openly discuss their opinions on various products. But it appears that we will need to take a more active role to prevent the dissemination of incorrect information, and blatant lies. I invite anyone who has a question about a Carlsson product to contact us directly. We pledge to try and give you a clear straightforward answer to whatever concerns you may have.

Great to see you on this forum Carlsson NA. As you can see, a number of us did not beleive the rumors! You mentioned your new C-Tronic. I had ordered one 3 weeks ago for my CLS, and the shop told me the new batch arrived in a container a week or so ago. Is this true?

Thanks!

The C-Tronic modules that arrived are still the "traditional" units. The new C-tronic units are being sold in Europe, however they are still not approved for sale in USA due to the fact that the units are not intercahngeable. Some "grey marketers" have learned this lesson the "Hard way" which is all the more reason to make certain that you are purcahsing your products through approved channels.

What size tires are those? Looking at the picture, it seems like its the wrong size tire for the car.

The car should be using 305/25-20.

Brabus uses 285/25 like the W211 fitment.
