good day! considering to purchase an 07 CLS500 here in Australia.
its a 5.5li engine but the CLS550 designation did not come out here down under.

anything I SHOULD look out for with this year model?

I have mine for almost 9 yrs now. Only 51,000 miles and still loving it. No big problems until few months ago the ECU was acting up but found out it had a 8 yr. warranty, so it went bad just in time and dealer changed it out for free.

Thanks mate! Now apart from the air suspension, is there anything else that W219 owners lookout for like the SBC brake from the early W211.

is "ABS, electronic brake force distribution" the same as "SBC" brake system that is found on pre-facelift W211?

what type of braking system does an 05-06 CLS have?

im hoping to trade my E to get away from the SBC so I just want to make sure before anything. cheers!
