No one is allowed to put that on their car - hear that - no one in this forum can do this...lol. That is actually the only thing I didn't like about the 55, but I guess it's personal preference. I never like spoilers much - I think brabus had a decent one, but I just have never been a fan.

Saw the brabus kit too at the LA Auto Show - it's cool, much better than the weird Lorinser one, but I actually like the aggressiveness far more on the regular sport kit - and the "spotlights" under the side rails are super-cheesy IMO - not sure what they were thinking there. Back and front look good, just not as hot as I think it should look for the money. Like I said - overall I'd take the stock sport kit over the brabus one, but that's just me.

Brabus shifter and steering wheel are dope as always.

One thing on the sport though - gotta get that little black piece between the exhaust tips and the rest of the bumper color matched to the body I think - it looks kinda "plasticy" in black - fine if you get black since it's black, but on the silver one I ordered, I plan on painting it the first week I think - anyone else have an opinion on this who have seen it in person?

Where at? The L.A. Auto Show? No, but I wasn't there long so I may have missed it - my E500 was on display there as well. Post some pics of the CLK - sounds cool - never been a big fan of the most recent body style, but i've seen a few cool ones.

i agree totally on the sport kit. i had seen the brabus pictures before i put my final order in, and i was more impressed with the AMG kit, so i went with AMG instead. im happy i did that, especially after seeing the carlsson and lorinser kit

thats a really cool idea on the black strip in the back bumper, i had not thought of that. hmmmmmm...

if i were to add the deck lid, i think id go with the brabus one over AMGs. not sure on that still.

BTW, i should have my lowering and wheels complete in the next couple weeks...

Yeah - if you're gonna do a deck lid, brabus for sure - I agree. Was gonna ask how the rims and lowering was going? What rims have you decided on or are you keeping it all under wraps until it's showtime? Was just talking with the woman over dinner tonight about what rims and such. Here's my dilema - the brabus one with the 20's looked hot at the auto show, but I never liked 20's when I had them on my E - too high off the ground. Ran 18's on my old GS and loved it cus it sat perfectly low - not tacky low - just super clean. So the $10 question - 19's or 20's? Can't have it sitting too high at all - I lowered the E a good amount and with the 20's I felt like I was ready to go offroad...lol. 19's seem like the logical choice to accomplish what I want, but I have a feeling the sport kit + lowering + rolled fenders (are the rolled both front and back - do you know?) may = money with 20's. Guess you're the guinea pig Adam since I have the utmost confidence you've got the plan down. Can't wait to see pics!

Thank you - first thing I thought of when I saw it up close - Figured it should blend in the back nicely - will have to wait and find out I guess.
