Just got the car back today and.... HOLY ***** gains are around 50whp and the sound is friggen amazing!!! Hooleyboy will be posting the dyno charts shortly I believe ; )

50whp from a set of headers??? So that means these headers racked on a solid 60-70bhp???
Maybe it's just me, but I'm finding those figures a little hard to believe. In all the years I've worked on cars, built engines, and used headers, I have never seen such gains from a header swap (short or long, custom or standard). The most that I have seen or achieved first hand was in the neighborhood of 25-30bhp, and respectively less at the rear wheels.
In all honesty, I don't think you could achieve a gain of 50whp with a set of headers, high-flow cats, x-pipe, and a full exhaust system...

Backing up my statement... Renntech offers the K1 package for the 55 motor. It's said to boost HP to 550hp. The K2 package adds stainless steel tubular exhaust headers and downpipes w/sport cats, which is good for an additional 20hp (K1 + K2 = 570hp).

Good stuff! You should have mentioned these headers do away with the primary cats. That's a HUGE advantage, which alone can account for 15+ more hp, so in conjunction I would have estimated gains to be in the 35+ hp range, which is more in line with the guarantee of 40+ hp you offer.
Anyhow, keep up the great work. If I happen to come into some spare $$$ laying around not doing anything, I might just have to pick a set up...
