GT S Continues to get great looks all over California
Everywhere I go people continue to stare at my car. Not only is it rare, but the GT S is gorgeous. I get constant thumbs ups and looks of approbation. Two weeks ago my grandson and I were driving down the I-5 towards Los Angeles after spending the weekend at Buttonwillow Raceway Park watching my old racing buddies race their Sports 2000 cars. It brought back wonderful racing memories of my many years in SCCA.
Partway down the grapevine, out of the blue a CHP (California Highway Patrol) car pulls up out of nowhere - I mean nowhere. I have my radar detector on all the time and although we were in some traffic and I wasn't going faster than the speed of the rest of the traffic, it was still a surprise. The CHP fellow looks over and gives a huge "WOW" as he looks at the car and gives a thumbs up. He also raised his hands up in praise! Yes! From the CHP! A car guy, whether a cop or not, appreciates a great looking car.
You know darn well no one is pulling up next to Porches like that. They are too common. But the GTS is a stunner. And it has the speed and handling chops to back up the beauty. Wear it proudly compadres!

I agree. I live in Los Angeles and its praises everywhere, everyday. Was driving around DTLA the other day and everyone would literally stop and most people would give a thumbs up.

I get a lot of looks as well driving down the highway including thumbs up but most people have a puzzled look on their face. Some may recognize the Star but the rest of the car is a question mark for many.

GTS it's a crazy good looking car no question about that everyone into cars gives you the thumbs up or sexy comment. Also the right of way in traffic like the red sea parting people just want to see the car roll out kind of cool enjoy the ride life is short !!
